Little bit of me

I am an engineering graduate used to work full time and gave up once I  got bored of round the clock job and joined  my house as full time caretaker,teacher ,dishwasher and last but not least head chef of the my house.
my list of customer includes all my friends, my hubby's office mate and above of all hull ad party of my seven year old son udayan.he love to eat whatever I cook and brings his hullad party to our places and ask me to feed them ,they too relish whatever I make ,and compliments that I am the best cook of the world which inspired me to write this blog

I  am born and brought up in Delhi means whatever I do ,is done by heart as Delhi belongs to Dilwala.this also reflects in my cooking too.Above of all I m married to PURE PUNJABI who LIVE TO EAT NOT EAT TO LIVE.Sometime my friends ask me the secret of my cooking I always answer that what ever I cook I add warmth of my heart and patience as a special ingredients,which I have learnt from my mother who makes best est rassogulla and Kala jam I always try to follow her footsteps . so I inspired by my friends,my best critic(hubby) last but not least my son here I m ready to share all of it with YOU...........
