TIP OF THE DAY

HI everybody, most of Indians in U.S. make GHEE from the unsalted butter .take my advise, add two or three spoon salt in the prepared ghee while shifting it into another steel or glass jar. remember ghee should be hot,just see the change once ghee is cooled you will get white danedar ghee like bought from the market.Don't worry after adding the salt in the ghee,its taste will not change you can use it to make any traditional sweets.

Even this process can change the taste and color of the burnt ghee dramatically.
