1.It is very simple but very useful tip.whenever you cook rice. just to mix the rice once it is cooked , we use spatula which is actually wrong.instead of using spatula I advise use butter knife or any knife.this will not harm the rice grain and you will see that each and every grain of rice is intact and rice is no more sticky.you will get each and every grain is separated properly .
2.When you cook simple rice or boiled rice. while cooking add 3 or 4 cloves and little bit of salt. once rice is cooked.you have strained the rice(if you have made steam rice)then add two or three spoon of desi ghee .this will give extra taste and fragrance to rice
