When I shifted to U.S.,I started using lot of frozen food,whether samasos , fries or anything I observed that whenever I dip these frozen snacks in oil, once oil is hot,it takes lot of time as oil gets cooled down due to froze snacks and absorbs more oil than normal,so finally I thought to experiment ,one day while frying samosas I dipped frozed samosas in the beginning even oil was not hot. once oil started heating the samosa also started frying in this oil and believe me these samosas were ready in less time and they all were as crispy as it had to be and always fresh.
