Eid is around the corner .so I thought to share this recipe as it is simple to make and delicious in taste.this recipe is good for the beginners also as it has minimum ingredients.they can give surprise to their love one with this dish .after all it is time of Eid or kahte hai na MAUKA BHI HAI OR DASTOOR BHI HAI .so Eid Mubarak to everybody,hope you all will enjoy this recipe.

- Thin Roasted Saviyan 1 Packet
- Khoya 1/2 Lb
- Sugar 1 Lb
- Dry Fruits Mix 1/2 Lb
- Kewra Water 4Tablespoon
- Desi Ghee For Frying
- Water For Sugar Syrup
- Milk 2 Cup
- Make the sugar syrup first of all
- In order to make sugar syrup ,add water in a pan such as sugar is dipped into it.
- We just need to melt the sugar,no need to make tar of it
- Now roast the khoya so it becomes brown
- keep khoya aside
- Now crush all the dry fruits in to small pieces and deep fry them till they becomes brown in color.
- Now roast saviyan in this ghee
- Strain the extra ghee from the pan
- Now add khoya,dry fruits in the roasted saviyan.
- Now add sugar syrup carefully to this mixture
- Add milk into this .keep it on heat till saviyan are cooked and everything has been mixed so well that they acquires each others texture.
- Let saviyan to absorb all milk and syrup.
- Let it be cool for a while.now add kewra water in to this seviyan
